Pandit Ramdayal Sharma

Pandit Ramdayal Sharma a well known Indian Nautanki artist, singer, composer and teacher. He is living legend of Swang, Bhagat, Nautanki, Rasiya and Raaslila folk tradition of north India. In 2022, he was awarded Padma Shri, and in 2015, the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award by the Indian Government for his contribution in Arts.

Panditji has also been active in film and mass media as part of his efforts to raise awareness of folk theater.
